GEOPRO will supply each presentation room with a computer and an LCD projector for authors to make PowerPoint presentations. An overhead projector (for transparencies) will also be provided as a back up. If you require any additional equipment, please send an email to geopro@cic.ipn.mx by the registration deadline of October 15, 2003.

It is advisable to make transparencies of your presentation as a back up in case there is any equipment requirement failure. If you require a video cassette player, please specify whether it should be NTSC or PAL.

We cannot guarantee that the equipment will be available if you do not make your request by the deadline.
