The instructions for initial submissions are general and should be followed as best as possible. However, the formatting instructions for final submissions (those papers accepted to the workshop) are very precise and must be followed exactly. Files larger than 2MB must be submitted to our FTP site at ftp://geopro.cic.ipn.mx (If you submit your manuscript to our FTP site, please send a notification e-mail with your contact information to geopro@cic.ipn.mx to obtain your user name and password. All submissions should be in Adobe Acrobat (.pdf) or MS Word (.doc) format. The GEOPRO Secretariat must receive your manuscript by August 30, 2003. Do not send hard copies of your manuscript. Receipt of submissions will be confirmed by e-mail.
